曲名 Her Morning Elegance (優雅的早晨) 是收錄於來自以色列的美國創作才子兼作曲家 Oren Lavie (奧倫拉維)於2007年02月的專輯 The Opposite Side of the Sea 中的主打，
整片MV以Stop-Motion方式使用了3225張靜態攝影所組成，場景均在床上完成，卻有著日本節目"天才變變變"中常有的立體3D效果，看的過癮極了。

自從甯甯出生後，大部分下班後的晚上時間，除了在樓下吃晚餐與父母話家常，就是陪著甯甯的奶奶；我的阿母看"娘家"，一直要等到9點半後才抱著甯甯上樓，接著便是陪著甯甯玩耍、餵奶，直到10點多老婆帶著女兒睡覺去後裁示屬於我自己的時間，最近的這段屬於自己的時光除了將舊的BLOG轉到wordpress外，偶而也做做皮件，至於上網閒逛已經是少之又少的奢望了，但是雖然如此抱怨，一旦女兒跑來撒嬌，一切的抱怨也就煙消雲散了，我想我也快要變成宅爸了吧。
